First of all, good for you for starting a running routine. The hardest part is starting, and you’ve done it! Now you want to know how you can increase endurance so that you are able to run longer, and that is something that every runner who is beginning wonders about. When you feel like you are ready to increase your endurance, there are some training exercises that you can do to give your endurance a boost. When you are starting to build endurance though, you do want to take it kind of slow and listen to your body throughout the workout. Today I did something I have never done before. Usually, the feeling I get when I run is more than enough to keep me going–that feeling of wind hitting you like you are literally fighting the very fabric of nature to go faster, the feeling of being a driven to go on by a single purpose–it is the very reason for my existence.
